Acting as Client OHS Agent
As a minimum requirement in the newly promulgated Construction Regulations 2014, the Client (person for which construction work is performed) has some responsibilities:

  • Prepare a baseline risk assessment
  • Draw up a project specific health and safety specification
  • Approve health and safety files
  • Audit all appointed Principal Contractors on site at least once a month.
  • Ensure the designer takes the prepared health and safety specification into consideration during the design stage.

We provide a quality service as health and safety agents to Clients. This takes the burden of these tasks from the Client. We will provide the Client with monthly site inspection reports and monthly audit reports.
